24 year client
Been with Direct TV for 24 years and in 12/16/2024 my $30.00 "discount" expires. I called and the best they will do is give me a $25 discount. So really being a customer for this long they are only RAISING my rate $5...!! How lucky for me. Why don't you take care of the long time clients? I should just cancel and start over with a different name?

I'm surprised you got any additional discount. DirecTV, like other TV providers, is losing money. Sweet deals are rare now. And to be considered a "new customer" for discounts you have to wait 2 years.
