Watching DIRECTV STREAM

IS DIRECTV STREAM FOR APPLE TV ONLY AVAILABLE FOR OLD HOME SCREEN FORMAT. HOW CAN I GET IT ON THE NEW APPLE TV HOME SCREEN FORMAT?
