When DirecTV and Nexstar reach a new agreement. Nobody knows when that will be as we cannot see into the future.
Supposedly progress has been made, but that doesn't mean anything to the viewers as it still doesn't give a return date of those channels. Only when an agreement is reached and official announcement made will anybody know.

Nexstar can return the feed at anytime as DTV will carry it if they do.
