We cannot watch more than 2 tvs at any given time

I’ve had Direct Tv satellite for many years. I recently moved into a brand new home. We have 4 tvs, but normally only two people watching separate tv sets. 

we have family visiting, and it won’t let us use more than two TVs at a time. In my old house, I know when we had company, four TVs were watched simultaneously. Here, when a third tv is turned in, we get a message that we need to turn off one tv. This is not for streaming, this is regular Direct tv channels. 

I have called customer service, and they confirmed we can only have two TVs turned in at the same time. 

I don’t understand this. Is there a way I can pay more, upgrade or change something to allow us to watch more than two TVs?

we have a large three bedroom home, with two living areas and an office. In our old house, we had three people living there and we could all watch our own TVs at the sane time.
