Watching recorded shows on my MAC- What has happened to recorded shows that should be in "My Library"?

I often watch my recorded programs on my Macbook Air & I logged in to do so and no programs are listed under "My Library". 
In fact there is a big blue screen that says "My Purchases", and a URL to create an account to link my movies purchased to a "Movie Anywhere" site.  No way to delete this screen!  It is filling the entire screen where all my recorded programs should be listed in "My Library" and I therefore can see none of my recorded programs and therefore can not watch any of them on my laptop.

Is anyone else having this issue?

Directv-please get rid of this annoying screen & fix the glitch.  Not OK.  Put this info in an email but don't block our library content with a message we can't get rid of!

Good afternoon, @Runnergirlsd. We're sorry you're having issues accessing your recordings. Are you able to view it on your other devices? You may also try to clear caches and cookies and reload the website for better viewing experience. John, DIRECTV Community Specialist

Hi John,
Yes I can watch on my iPhone-which I do not want to do-screen is so small and that is why I prefer to watch on my Laptop when I can't watch on my TV. 
I do not want to clear my cache bz then my computer does not recall all my passwords and I have to type them all in again-major pain.  
I have been able to watch recorded programs on my Laptop for about 6 months to one year w/o incident, so why all of a sudden is this an issue? I believe it is that ad Direct TV has up on screen as I stated above.  It was present when I logged into app on phone but disappeared within seconds and I did not have to do anything.  
IT needs to fix the issue regarding computers and accessing "MY Library" please.

What web browser are you using?  If you're using Safari, try using Chrome.

I’ve tried both Chrome and Safari. 
I’d like to upload a picture of what it looks like when I click the “My Library” Tab but I don’t see that as an option.

@Runnergirlsd when you click to comment, you should get the below box and if you click on the pic icon it allows you to post but you have to save the screen capture first as a file.
