Is it possible to watch recorded shows on the DriectTV app?
Yes, if you have a Genie DVR. There are few other conditions ....
1. You can download recordings to your smart device as long as the smart device is connected to the same home network at your Genie DVR. Then you can view them anywhere for up to 30-days.
2. You can view DVR recordings as long as the smart device is connected to the same home network at your Genie DVR.
This is not true! Most shows are blocked for streaming recorded shows unless you are on the TV device connected to the Genie DVR ONLY! NOT another TV or Device on the same Internet Network.
