Video On Demand Expiration Dates Missing
I've noticed a recent change in the Video On Demand feature on my service. Up until a month or two ago, I could easily view the "Available Until..." date for any program. This information was accessible by pressing the "Info" button on the remote.
However, now, this crucial information seems to be missing. I have a substantial amount of content stored on my DVR, and I often rely on these expiration dates to manage my viewing schedule. Has anyone else encountered this issue, and is there a solution or workaround available?

What is the receiver model? Have you tried a red button reset (Side by the access card or front behind the door that says ‘PUSH’)? Moreover, ensure that your receiver is still connected to the Internet.
