video and audio out of sync

Hi,

newbie to Direct TV using ATT internet. 

using Direct gemini hdmi connection on

an "older" samsung smart(ish) tv unit.

trouble shooter program say all ia a ok.

did the reboot thing a couple of times,

but out of sync exisites on all channels.

kind of annoying to say the least. help.
