Unauthorized charges
For whatever reason STARZ has been charging my account by checking account $10.94 a month which I have never authorize that and when I tried to cancel it STARZ it tells me that is with DIRECTV when I go in my account with DIRECTV. It does not have it on to be canceled today and I need to have all those charges returned because I did not authorize this

DTV only has a 60 day period to report billing errors so most likely you will only get back that sum. You shouldn't be posting personal info here as this is a public forum and the hackers/scammers of the world will use it.

This is a public forum so be aware you've given your email to the entire world.
Personally I would suggest avoiding using the chat option for DirecTV. That is only supplemental to customer support and recently has had questionable results.
If Starz was through your DirecTV subscription then it would be on your DirecTV bill and not a separate charge. That phone number associated with the individual charge is for Starz. So that further indicates this is a standalone subscription through Starz.
Starz is incorrectly saying it is managed by DirecTV, possibly recognizing your TV service was once associated with Starz. But you are being charged directly by Starz which means it is a standalone subscription that is not on your DirecTV account. You will need to contact Starz and if needed speak to a supervisor.
As a side note, even if Starz were on your DirecTV account you cannot remove it online. You have to call them to remove anything.
