Unable to authenticate with MLB TV app

Getting this error message:

BAD REQUEST

The Access Manager WebSEAL server received an invalid HTTP request.

Explanation 

Possible causes for this message include:

   Incompatibility between the browser and the server

   A problem with the browser.

Apps are up to date, cleared cache, tried different browsers, tried laptop and phone, issue persists. And no, I do not want to watch directly through the Direct TV app, it is much easier to watch the MLB postseason through their app. MLB representatives stated I needed to contact Direct TV.
