Ummm what happened to DIRECTV’s online guide????
So I was gonna check my local guide (I live in ZIP code 31404) to see what was available in my area, and all of a sudden I get redirected to whatever this… page is. I used to look at all of the international channels and the HBO/Starz/Cinemax/Showtime channels, as well as the Music Choice channels since April 2021, but, I guess I can't do that anymore. I no longer have cable.
I'm not asking to have it brought back but at least give me a reason why it was removed in the first place. I'm not trying to be rude about it tho, before anybody comes at me with a smart-aleck response.

Best guess is it wasn't moved by the new partner after AT&T sold off 30% of DTV.

I'm having the same issues. Premium.channels are not visible on my guide after new dish was installed. I can't see channels 498-560. They're just gone. I called Direct, but I don't think they understand what I'm saying. They're not grayed out, they're GONE.

Try refreshing your authorizations from your DTV account.
