two accounts at the same service address

this question was asked 3 years ago, with new technology, why hasn't this been changed? I need two separate accounts at the same address. With more adults moving in with each other or with their parents, why hasn't a solution been pursued? Do not want 2 receivers, just 2 accounts.

I know the blah, blah, blah reasons, but that is not a solution. Many homes, including mine, have two separate buildings with the same address,  but different people living in each one. They want to be responsible for their own account, not share even if cheaper. I don't try to share with my neighbors. Nor do I share my cell phone account with others I live with. It could be done if someone with foresight would look at it.

No, it is not a "neighbor". Same address, connected house, relative. The solution I have found is to use Direct tv for one and a different service for the other, so Direct TV misses out.
