TV screen won’t change from booting up screen

Are you a directv stream or DIRECTV SATELLITE customer? What is the receiver model of the box? Have you tried a red button reset of the receiver (side by the access card for HR54 series or front behind the door that says “PUSH”). 

Mine did that too. It lost my wireless connection for some reason, and wouldn't boot up. I ran an ethernet cable from the DirectTV Stream box to my router, then powered up the Stream box, and it worked. I put in the wireless info again, and haven't had it do it again since.
