The screen is pink on my tv

When I turned on the tv today, the screen was pink.  I reset the genie 2 multiple times and have changed the hdmi cable to a new one but still pink. But it is only pink when I try watching Direct TV.  When I watch Netflix or Prime video, the screen is fine.  It's just pink when I try watching Direct TV.

Thank you so much for posting. We can help you with your pink screen issue.

 

Now a pink screen is very rare, so we are going to start our troubleshooting a little differently.

 

Normally a video port and HDMI cord is what supplies what you see on the screen, so let's start with changing the HDMI port on the TV.  Do this when the TV is completely shut down and powered off. After that, then follow the steps in this link to refresh your receiver

 

Try these things first and let come back to us.

Your link above to refresh the receiver gives me an error. I have this same issue, particularly when I pause the video.
