Targeted advertising and localized ad insertion is killing me.

I stream DirecTV using a FireStick.  "Targeted advertising and localized ad insertion" is intercepting the commercials from the "network" feed and replacing them with what I consider to be "propaganda" type commercials.  For example, Fox Business commercials continue to show the stock "ticker" at the bottom of the screen, however, the intercepted commercials do not.  These propaganda commercials are typically not for traditional "goods and services", but rather are for things like societal ideas and politicized concepts. Most of these commercials are sponsored by the Ad Council.  Many of these commercials repeat themselves two or three times consecutively. and you never see any of these stupid commercials on something like the Superbowl.  When one of these commercials begins, you can click to another channel, then click back, and the "network" commercial reappears.  I pay a premium price for Fox Business and other premium channel content.  That includes commercials from their advertisers, whom I would like to support. Targeted advertising and localized ad insertion that overrides the network feed commercials, replacing them with propaganda, is ruining my viewing experience using DirecTV.  Who else shares this pain?
