Sync issues on Roku devices

There is a noticeable delay of several milliseconds between the video and the audio on every channel of DIRECTV on Roku devices. Please fix this bug right away. It should just be a setting in your broadcast booth most likely.

This bug makes most shows unwatchable.

The same issue does not occur on any other apps on the Roku device.

Please fix!

How connected to your TV(s)?

TV brand/models?

I have several Rokus on different TVs and none of them have this issue.

DTV doesn't have a broadcast booth, the channels send their programs to an uplink center that sends them to the sat then to you in real time.

I have 5 Roku devices, 3 4K sticks and 2 Ultra 4K HDR boxes,

This problem happens quite frequently on ALL devices, it only seems to occur with DirecTV Stream app, no other apps,

Roku needs to work with AT&T to fix this

There is no longer a DTV streaming app it was combine with the DTV sat app so now there is only the DTV app.  It is the TV/ sound system that syncs the two.  AT&T sold off 30% of DTV and no longer handles the day to day operations.
