SportsNet LA 690

I'm doing some research as I plan to leave spectrum but want to be able to still watch the Dodgers games. I see that DIRECTV offers SportsNet la on 690. 

My question is I have 2 options. I can go without satellite and stream only or have a satellite installed. If I choose to not go the satellite route can I still see 690? I have read that it may be Satellite only service to be able to see 690.
