I have been dealing with code 902 since 1 pm on 9/24 with my genie streaming and the app, but I had it in my bedroom. Today, 9/26, the rep manually changed my password and now it doesn’t work on that TV. The rep said that it was a Directv issue, but didn’t say when or if it would be fixed. I am recovering from major surgery and now can’t watch tv. Please give me more information on when either will work.
