Sattelite tv

Picture comes in and out on my favorite channels but not on all channels. I checked all plugs. I read directions to turn it off at the green button but mine is blue. I unplugged it for 30 seconds and it still does it!

Any on-screen error message?  Could be a satellite dish alignment issue.

The ones i know that do it are 77 and 304. There are others but i dont remember which ones.  323 doesnt do it.

You may check the Direct Message (DM) icon (text/speech bubble) located in the upper right between the notification icon (bell) and "directv.com." You must be logged into your account to have access to it. The icon will now show since we have already initiated a DM.

Its just that i hate doing this over the phone because i cant understand the person im talking to. Their accents are too thick.

If one box is affected, try to reset the device by pushing the reset button. If multiple device, we can continue in a PM and run some troubleshooting test or we can send a technician to fix the issue.

I hit what says "Res" and now my screen says," no signal.  Is it on?" Is it easy to get it back on? What do i do?  Can you send someone over here mon or tues if they're not working monday?

Res is resolution,  no signal usually means you changed the TVs input/source to an HDMI port that is not connected.

This is a customer to customer forum if you want a tech visit you have to call DTV to set it up.

It was working until i pressed the RES button.
