Satellite Gennie sound not in sync
Either live or recorded voices are not in sysnc with person lips. I tried to pause and resume, fast back or forward, reboot. genie and mini genies. How to fix?

Is the sound going through a soundbar or directly to your TV? Has this been an issue in the past? Do you see this issue on one channel or all channels? And, this issue is happening on ALL receivers/TVs and not just the main Genie?

Sound wired direct to TV; In last couple of weeks it has been happening. Occurs on all live channels. Happens on main genie and 2 mini genies
