RSNs missing on streaming apps but work via satellite
We have a satellite and boxes for 3 TVs in the house but recently got a 4th that has a Roku and we just use the streaming directv app on there. Over the weekend I called about an issue I had with a movie rental (I didn’t realize the 48 hour period started right away because one google result said that rentals were in your library for 30 days until you started them), and after then, all of the RSNs in the 600s have been missing on streaming apps- all 3 of iPhone, Roku, and android/amazon tablet. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still they are missing. Fortunately they still show up on the satellite, but before we used to be able to see on the guide the sports channels from cities we didn’t get (though you couldn’t tune into those channels), and now even the ones we get for our area are missing.
I called and chatted support about this and they said they knew this issue has been going on for a month or so and they’re looking into it and I should “rest assured.” But this problem has only been like half a week for us and I think it had to do with the call I made. Does anyone have any fixes for this? I keep hoping they’ll be back overnight but for the 4th day now, they’re still missing. I even tried on the Roku home menu, they have a sports section where you can launch directv for whatever game is highlighted on the menu, but that gave an error. And I downloaded the Roku app for the RSN (Chicago sports network) and used directv credentials and that also gave an error. fortunately the nba apps still work with league pass through directv but with baseball season coming up soon, I was hoping this would be solved by now. Any other tips are appreciated, thanks

We apologize for the issue, @brendanconn. There's an ongoing issue with the DIRECTV App where some channels are missing upon login, and we're still working on a fix. In the meantime, please try to reset your password, log out, uninstall, and reinstall the app, then sign in with the new password. Let us know the outcome.
