Remote Control Code Lookup Tool page not working properly

When I open the Code Lookup Tool page and click on remote control RC66, the DTV Support page is loaded instead of the page that lets you choose which device you need a code for. I have never had this problem. Why is this problem happening? Please see if this problem can be corrected. The purpose of the Code Lookup Tool page is very important to many customers. I could not find any information in Support why there is this problem.
