Recording

I record the news/weather locally because I’m not available when it shows. I’ve done this for a long time. In the last month the one channel I record stopped. Nothing on this channel will record, pause or rewind. The system works on all other channels. WSAZ 3 in Huntington WV.

No errors. It shows it is recording and shows the shows recorded. When I click on one to watch it asks if I would like to delete it, yes, or no. The other channels work. I record local and national news and several shows on this channel and nothing works.

Have you done a red button reset? Have you tuned to that channel and try pressing the red record button?

I looked at the link. These are solutions to problems I’m not having. All recorded shows work all the time except my channel 3. Nothing on this channel works. While watching live it will not pause or rewind. When you try to pause or rewind it makes an audible clunking noise. That’s it, no error message etc.   All other channels rewind, pause and record.
