If your dish is out of alignment then the Guide can't download.
New receivers take a day or 2 to fully download the guide data or rebooting the receiver twice within 30 minutes or doing a search for clearmybox dumps the guide data and again takes a day or 2 to download.

Could be the channel hasn't provided it yet.
