Prime Video and Direct TV Streaming

I have Amazon Prime Video app on my tv.  I use Direct TV Streaming.  when I try to use the app it reverts back to the last channel I was on.  I was told my tech at Direct TV that Amazon Prime and Direct TV are in negotiations.  Is this true? 

Since they are competitors, I doubt they are taking to Amazon.  This is the DTV sat forum you can try the DTV via internet AKA DTV streaming forum.

Why should we take it up with Amazon Prime when it was changes that Direct TV did that caused it?

Ever since they put this stupid initial screen on when you first turn on the tv is when Amazon Prime got wiped out.

At the same time. I now have to exit out of the DVR recordings on the remote to go to another recorded program instead of just going back to the list and picking it from there.

Again this is the DTV sat forum and most of us have never used the streaming service so don't know what you are posting about.

@meyers1956 We are having the same issue. Also, there is no option to uninstall and then reinstall. Have you gotten your issue worked out?
