Pixelization or Frozen playback
We have replaced all of the cables attached to our Direct TV Boxes. We have also replaced the tower. We still have an issue is pixelization and frozen picture on playback of any recorded show. Any ideas to solve the problem would be greatly appreciated.

I have not received any “DM”, which I assume is a “direct message”. I have not received a call or an email. I am probably your oldest subscriber in the company (Account #12600662). Your customer service has gone to crap since AT&T bought you. I am not satisfied at this moment, when all I want is this issue resolved. If Direct TV cannot resolve it I will look elsewhere for these services. There are plenty of options. Thank you.

When DTVhelp sends a DM/PM a box appears at the top of this page when you are logged into this forum. AT&T sold off 30% of DTV and no longer has anything to do with the day to day operations.
