Paying for SportsPack, but NFL Redzone Channel Gone from Channel Lineup on 9/17/23

I paid for the SportsPack specifically to get the Redzone channel. On Sunday, 9/10, I was able to view the channel with no issues, on both my satellite boxes and via the DirectTV app. This weekend I am on the road (still within my local viewing market) and the app is telling me that I have not subscribed to the Redzone. My account on the DirecTV website indicates that I am subscribed to this service. Why has the Redzone channel disappeared from my package?
