DTV decided not to renew the contract when it ended. It will not be back anytime soon, so you need to look elsewhere. DTV doesn't censor any channels content.

They weren't censored. DirecTV decided not to do business with them anymore and so let the carriage agreement expire without going into negotiations for a new term.
If you cannot live without them you'll need to go elsewhere. This is a long ended discussion. You'll just have to accept they are gone from DirecTV. It wasn't a temporary time-out.
