NOT GETTING MESSAGES
Why am I not getting messages!?!? Why can’t anyone answer this for me !!! Yet again I’ve missed another free preview. I saw just now by flipping through channels that we have hbo and maxx till tomorrow. I’m furious. Customer service is horrible!!!!

I have called before on this. The service was horrible and they did not help. It’s been happening for a few months. Then we had messages again for about 2 weeks. Now nothing. All they wanted to do was give me a movie channel for free for 3 months then I would have to call and cancel or get charged. I’m not calling again, ever. Wait time is ridiculous and there is no help. I had talked to 2 ppl and one said there was a problem all over with messages and the other person said no, there wasn’t. We tried everything as far as rebooting, etc. Tired of missing the free previews and lord knows what else!!!! Seriously considering canceling my service
