Not able to watch On Demand or Netflix

My husband worked all day yesterday and today. That is Christmas Eve & Christmas Day. We were SO looking forward to watching Glass Onion on Netflix. However, Once Again, we were unable to connect. So we thought we’d watch Scrooged - On Demand and DirecTV let us down again. We did call customer service and guess what?….even giving the man all the error codes and rebooting for about an hour - we still have no access.
We’ve had it and are now leaving Direct. Don’t know how this company has ANY satisfied customers.

This is a public forum full of customers so you won’t get anywhere putting your complaint here. We can offer assistance though. What is the receiver model? What error code? Are you able to watch other on-demand content without a problem? How is your receiver connected to the Internet?

I’m not that tech savvy and im not sure by how are we connected. Through a modem. Does that help?

Sounds like an internet problem as DTV doesn't have anything to do with netflix and the only thing they both use is the internet, DTV uses it for On Demand.

But we’re not able to even get an On Demand program. Can watch what we have in our playlist/list. Everything else connected to internet is in check and running. Thank you for your reply. I do appreciate it.

Like I said if you can't get netflix or On demand then there is something wrong with DTV connecting to the internet and whatever you are using to stream netlix is not connecting.
