NHL Eastern Conference Standings under Scoreguide

Any other ideas on how to contact them??  When I call, they don't even know what hockey is!!

I have tried calling and I have tried chatting.  In both cases I am not sure the other end knew what I was talking about.  In my most recent post on this matter, I tried to bring it to the attention of DIRECTVhelp who is a member of this forum and is supposedly a DIRECTV or AT&T employee.  But I have not received a response.  BTW for me, it is only the NHL Eastern Conference standings that do not work.  The NHL Western Conference standings do work as well as the NBA Eastern and Western Conference standings.  Do you have the same problem?  Also does anyone know how to contact DIRECTVhelp directly?

Yes, all the other scoreguides seem to be working.  We have tried several of the NCAAF conferences, and they all seem to work except Eastern standings for NHL.

I have the same problem when I call!

It has been going on for several weeks now.  I do not know how to contact DirecTV directly.  We thought if we could contact a service technician maybe they have a direct line to tech support, but don't know how to do that without an actual service call!!

Same issue here no Eastern conference NHL standings.   Also under NASCAR they still have Monster series listed.  It has been Nascar Cup Series for couple years now.

It is the now NHL hockey season 22-23 and DIRECTV still has the problem of not updating the Eastern Conference under Directv TV Apps,  Scoreguide, NHL, Standings, Eastern.   The message "No standings Data Currently Available" appears. All other scoreguides and standings appear to be working.  This is frustrating if you are a fan of of an Eastern Conference NHL team.   And nobody at DIRECTV seems to understand or care.

Please advise when it has been corrected.  I am dealing with someone who does not know how to look up the standings online, and depends on the scoreguide for all his information!

   While your fixing the NHL Eastern Standings.  You might as well fix the Nascar name, it is no longer Monster series.  It is now called Nascar Cup Series.  Thanks

Can you confirm  someone is working on the problem of the NHL Eastern Conference Standings not being updated?   

Here we are 10 games into the 23-24 season and they still haven't fixed this problem!

This problem with NHL Eastern conference standings info has been going on now for at least 3 years. It used to work but last time it worked was sometime in 2019. It's really frustrating as I used to play hockey and a big fan of the Capitals which are in the eastern conf. It can be fixed because it did work at one time. Someone that knows what there doing needs to work on it.

I cancelled DIRECTV 3 months ago after 20+ years with them.  I cited this problem with the score guide and high cost as reasons for my cancelling.  It felt like DIRECTV did not listen and/or care about the problem.  I now get scores and standings online.

The Eastern standings for hockey have not worked for 3 years.  A year ago, it said they were working on it, and it is still not working!

Please address this problem.  Is it going to be fixed?
