Newsmax inconsistent/low volume audio

Audio volume on Newsmax (channel 349) has been inconsistent in recent weeks, and often significantly lower than other stations on my satellite receiver. Usually affects Newsmax programming but rises to normal during commercials. Volume on the channel is better on the DirecTV app on Roku, but the quite significant on the receiver box.

Is this unique to Newsmax channel 349? I have not seen this issue on other channels.
