Music Choice Video and Audio channels have no sound

My Music Choice Audio and Video channel do not have sound. Video image is fine however.

Already tried re-setting my receiver but there's no change.

Advice?

DVR/Receiver model number?

How is the DVR/Receiver connected to your TV? Soundbar?  AV Receiver?

Audio was working for several years and now suddenly no audio. All other directv functions are normal. Leads me to believe it’s a widespread problem?

Troubleshooting steps consisted of refreshing the receiver, went through the reset procedure, toggled Dolby on/off (as suggested on Directv website, disconnected and reconnected all cables.

It’s been about 1 month.

Just to clarify, there is no audio output on audio and video programs ONLY on the Music Choice App accessed on channel 800 or going through the Menu and selecting the Music Choice App.

Channels 801 through 866 or so are all outputting audio normally. Further, all other typical video channels are operating normally. 

My TV is an older plasma model, NOT a smart tv.
