Missing Streaming channels

Why do you block users when they have a problem and you cannot answer it?

This is the DTV sat forum, if you are having problems streaming then try the streaming forum.    This is a customer to customer forum so don't know why anyone would be blocked unless they are violating the forum rules.

Users would not be blocked for having an issue that didn't have an answer (or at least one they liked). They would be blocked if they violated the forum guidelines.

I'm guessing this is an alt. So what discussion or user is affected? Perhaps the situation could be double checked.

If you are a streaming-only customer, this is the satellite section of the forum. So are you DIRECTV STREAM / DirecTV via Internet or are you a satellite customer with the limited secondary streaming perks?
