Missing Purchased Movie(s)

I purchased a movie some time ago and have watched it several times.

I was going to watch it today but the movie magically disappeared from my Purchase List.

Any ideas how this happens??

Hi, Jamesj1. Authorization periods for Pay Per View Rentals could be exactly 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours, or up to 7 days. If you still can play the movie after the mentioned timeframe, we recommend restarting your receiver to try and retrieve the movie. Hope this helps. Actually, I never said this was a rental, it is a purchase.

So this movie doesn't have an authorization period.

I also restarted the reciever with no results.
