"Missed it? Watch now" has never worked on HR44-700

HR44-700 installed 10 years ago. Solid internet connection.  PPV and downloading episodes from a show works, but "missed it?watch it now!"  feature has never worked since it was added.  A number of different reasons from customer service -- not supported on HR44,  not included in Choice package,  only available with Directv STREAMING,  or they don't have a clue what I am even TALKING about. Example, going to 1004 (NBC) and seeing the list of shows on the left, clicking on any of them (and on all channels)  I ALWAYS get a message "Sorry!!   We have no programs at this time that match the filter you selected."   What does this even mean?  When did "selecting a show"  become "matching a filter I selected?"   ,

OK, it says I can add images to my post.  All sorts of formatting with bullet points, colors, fonts, rows, columns and cells of tables, but  nothing that adds an image? Maybe a link works     https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Af2QHB4TXAoi4tbeSelZ2vKOHRjiWpQh/view?usp=sharing

How are you connected to your internet? (Ethernet, Deca from coax, WiFi, another router or access point inbetween, etc.)

Is the Genie (HR44) the only box connected (so passing that connection to your other boxes), or do you have any other boxes directly connected themselves?

Red button reset or power cycle the Genie?

Have you tried a power cycle on your internet router, resetting network defaults on the Genie (completely removing the connection info, not just reconnect), and then connecting the Genie back to the router? (sometimes it corrects any miscommunication between the Genie and your router).

Regarding adding an image: It is the box icon that is two mountain peaks with a sun/moon above. Hover over it and it says "Insert Image". On the second row between Insert/edit link (two chain links) and Insert Video (box with right pointing triangle)

Hey, @Provasek67. DIRECTV is required to obtain permission from the network that provides the program, as well as the program's producers, before providing Rewind to our customers. More info here: Watch previously aired DIRECTV programming | DIRECTV Support

To check if a show has this feature:

1. Confirm in the guide that the channel has an option for On Demand. (Check for a plus sign (+) in the upper-right corner of the channel title box):
2. After selecting the channel title box, an On Demand menu appears; look for and select the category Missed It? Watch Now! All Rewind programs available from the selected programmer are listed under this category and can be viewed within several minutes after the original broadcast and for up to 72 hours (3 days) afterwards.

Thanks for your input, @Juniper. Rizza, DIRECTV Community Team

My images of  those channels clearly show the Rewind screen and a list of programs

Besides the message saying "We have no programs at this time that match the filter you selected,", are you also seeing the one that says "Connect your receiver to the internet to see more results"? If that’s the case, why not give the troubleshooting steps shared by @Juniper a shot? And if you’ve already tried those steps, let us know, we’ve got specialists who are ready to help you out further. Charles, DIRECTV Community Team

That screenshot has drop downs for creating a post. Try looking at the response block in the thread. Though it should show in either.
