Well DIRECTV does not carry METV Toons right now but they do carry Boomerang and that plays a lot of the same shows that METV Toons will be airing to my knowledge.
IF BOOMERANG IS SHOWING THE SAMETHING AS METV TOONS ARE THEN i DO NOT WANT METV TOONS.ALL BOOMERANG IS SHOWING IS TOM AND JERRY, FLINTSTONES,SCOOBYDOO,BUT MOSTLY TOM AND JERRY.

Nobody here knows the answer to that. You might be able to pick it up from a local TV station using an off-air antenna.
