Lost channels

Hello,
I have moved from Seattle to Miami, I have DirecTV by satellite.
I have good signal on my satellites 99,101 and 103.
But I have lost channels like National geograpic, bbc, etc.
I get satellite signal error. I know that the local channels are different, but I understand that I should be able to see all the others that appear on this list:

Could you confirm me this information ??

Thanks!

DVR/Receiver model number(s)?

What are your signal readings on 99 & 103º satellites?

Who installed your equipment?

What message do you see when tuning the missing channels?

Error 771 points to a reception issue.

What are the signal readings on the (cb) satellites?

Who installed your equipment?

Hello @litzdog911 ,

I don't have any value in CB satellites but i've thought that this satellites aren't needed for HD channels, I'm wrong?
My equipment was installed by a directV technician.

Thanks!

Something is wrong if you're getting 0's on the 99(cb) and 103(cb) satellites. Your DirecTV tech should have caught that before completing your dish setup. Call DirecTV and get a tech back to fix this for you.

Most likely your LNB is bad or if you are using a SWM splitter/multiswitch, it has failed. As litzdog911 states, you’ll need a directv tech.
