Loss of signal

If you are a DTV sat user most likely you dish needs to be aligned, there are videos on youtube if you want to try it yourself otherwise you need to call DTV 1-800-531-5000 to set up a tech visit.

I have a self aligning dish. I’m puzzled by the exact period between losses of 9.79 seconds
