List is gone, menu just changed yesterday.

All of a sudden I get to my lists and the menu is all (Edited per community guidelines)ed up. I tried deleting a show and it won’t delete and the only way to get anything to happen is turn the god (Edited per community guidelines) thing off and back on and I’m still in the same spot. 
What the (Edited per community guidelines) are you people thinking? First my bill keeps creeping up a little almost every month. Now I can’t even get to my (Edited per community guidelines) I taped. You (Edited per community guidelines) are about to lose me. I’ve been resisting going to spectrum but y’all can go (Edited per community guidelines) yourselves.

What DVR/Receiver model number?

Have you tried resetting it?

DTV only raises the base cost annually so you need to check your past bills for what is changing.

My tv lists are all gone as well. I have to go to record manager, no series listed, have to search show by show until I find the right day to watch. Will not let me delete anything.  Reset the tower and genies multiple times then called. Was told they have to update each box individually by town/city/community and I have to wait

until they get to me AND it may take 7 weeks.  Think I may be done with direct tv. Its sad because I don't even believe the guy.
