I can see all my DVR recordings on my iPhone(s) anywhere but I can NOT see any of them on my Home PC's - all on same LAN as my Genie 42. ?
That's it - in the question ! In the "Library" the only thing that shows is 1 puchased movie. I Have 3 DVRs with many many recordings - none of which are showing ( i.e. no play List) in my "Library" while on any of my 5 PC's that are all on my same home LAN as is my Genie HR 44. However I can see every recording I probably should on all my 3 different iPhone Models.
I have "refreshed: the HR44 and "Reset" the HR44 several times with no change in the condition.
I do want to see and watch my Direct TV DVR recordings on my Home network PC's , ans also as many as I can ( if not a few restriced etc) when i'm out and not on my own local LAN. But right now I can't even see ONE of then on my own home LAN ?
I just discovered this condition this week, have been a DTV customer for 22 years. But just recently realized ATT has implimented a new system, since I gave up on the old one about 4 years. Now Im back ...and more same old thing ... Problems...
?? Thank You
And please advise me. I hope to get this resolved without having to call DTV support and all that .. wasted time. with their "scripts " ... etc...

You can edit if you use the action list (3 dots) next to the post. There is only so much time you have to do so.
There is no option to watch recordings on your PC. This is something DirecTV looked into many years ago, but the feature never left testing and has been discontinued. They are not allowing the chance for recordings to be copied onto a PC.
It does not matter if you have the 2nd generation Genie (HR44) or any other HDDVR. You cannot watch recordings on your PC, sorry.

At least not easily, some have download an Android emulator then use the Android app. AT&T sold off 30% of DTV and no longer handles the day to day operations.

Fair enough on a emulator. To be precise, there is no intended way by DirecTV to watch recordings on PC.
Any options they officially tried were discontinued years ago. One would hope to have realized it after 22 years.
