How to fix pixelated locals

Over the last couple of days we have been trying to watch NBC Sunday Night Football and the World Series on Fox on our receiver in Charleston, SC, and the signal has been pixelated and had major artifacts continuously, and even occasional dropouts. This has never happened before as we have been customers for almost 20 years.

It also only happens on those channels and not on any cable channels or the local CBS or ABC we get.

I reset the receiver but it continued to happen. The signal strength for the satellite pointing at 99 degrees was mostly in the 70s and barely 80 when every other satellite was close to 100.

How can we fix this so the signals go back to 100? Thanks.

If your 99 Sats are low -your dish needs to be realigned -Call 1-800-531-5000

How are your readings on the 103º satellite? Your dish alignment likely needs tweaking.

Your local channels are on the "99/103S" transponders for spot beam.

I’m on 99, transponder 17 for Charleston locals and it shows a signal of 80.

As stated the locals are on the 99S and 103S transponders.  We need all the reading from the 99/103 sats.
