Hope you enjoyed your free movie thank you

When pausing a program there is an add that runs saying, hope you enjoyed your free movie, our treat, worth $5.99...  where do I find out how to get this free movie credit?  I appreciate the "thank you" for being a valued customer, but how do you thank someone for something they have not received?  I've been a customer for over 35 years. When we first started with Directv, you were sent free movie vouchers with your bill.  I miss those days, especially with how much the packages cost.  This add is a bit "slap in your face" saying you received something which you really haven't. 

Thanks for any help in getting the free movie, which we never received!
