Guide Recording Timing
We have DirecTV Satellite in Northern California and it's working fine with a slight hitch that just started this week. When we record a show from the guide, it has started recording about two minutes early and ending two minutes early. I compared the time shown in the upper right corner of the guide screen with time from WWV and the guide is about two minutes fast. I haven't found any setting to adjust this. What do you suggest.

You can pad the recordings with earlier start times and later stop times. There is no way to change the time as some channels start and stop their programs early/late.

What DVR model? Have you tried resetting it?

I had forgotten about the start/stop padding because I've never used it before even though I had seen it. Thanks for the reminder. Worked slick.
