Google assist

I have talked to Google assist exactly what it ask for and it won't do anything.   Just keeps telling me different things to say.  Even when I say it exactly what it wants.

Do you have DIRECTV STREAM or DIRECTV satellite? If you have the DIRECTV satellite service, is your Gemini receiver connected to the Internet while you try to use the Google Assist feature? Connecting the Gemini to the Internet for directv satellite is done through the main Genie DVR. Whether it be an HR54 or HS17 (or HR44 in special cases), the main Genie DVR gets connected with a hardwired Ethernet connection or it can be connected wirelessly over Wi-Fi to your home internet router.
