Freezing on channel 3 CBS
When watching CBS here in Michigan the channel will freeze for 3 ton5 seconds. It does not happen on any other station. 49056 is the zip code.

In general if it is only one channel then it is a signal problem from the local channel to DTV. You can try to contact both.
