Fox Sports 2 (Channel 618) Sports Pack not showing

I subscribe to the Sports Pack. All channels work except Fox Sports 2 (channel 618). The channel shows as grayed out on the guide. When I select the channel it works, but I can't set my DVR to record because DTV is treating the channel as if I do not subscribe to the channel. This problem happens on my Genie and on my HDDVR. I have refreshed the receiver and I have pressed the red button. Same problem. I have called Tech Support and they tell me to do what I have already done. Then they tell me to wait 24 hours for the guide to fully update. Same problem after 24 hours.

Any solutions? Or any way to get to advanced tech support?
