fox soccer and fox soccer plus HD programming

does anyone know the status of dtv broadcasting fox soccer and fox soccer plus in HD?!?!?! with all their HD programming and all the adverts stating how they offer the most HD channels, its more than a bit frustrating to see these two channels state 'Available in HD' or 'Live in HD'... only to NOT be seeing it in HD...

i spoke with the fox soccer folks who said the channels ARE being beamed in HD but Directv has not agreed to terms to broadcast that signal... i'm frustrated because fsc+ is an extra charge (as was setanta) and as is the fsc (as part of the sport pack)...

so - what's the reason for this lack of offering?!?!?  is this something they're working to fix i.e., will be offering soon?

the UEFA channel mix and the la liga offerings are brilliant - excellent world-class stuff... hence my frustration with the fsc and fsc+...
