Follow-up: Guide and Series Manager Not recognizing Repeat programs
Several months ago I had a problem with my home Genie not recording some Series Manager shows beyond 2 weeks on some local channels while we were away for several weeks in our RV. It is now doing the samr thing on just the local main PBS channel. I talked with Tech Support who is "escalating" to whomever to troubleshoot. They are supposed to email me back with status (?!). Maybe a software issue somewhere. Has anyone else experienced this problem? I have assigned a Series Manager high priority to all my PBS shows and capacity has never been a problem. The only way I can record the next week's shows is to do the Record thing again and again. Can do at home but very awkward traveling by phone cross country in an RV.

Are you Using a HDVR? if so in the series manger Set the recording Options (for) each Show to ALL and Keep All (shows) that should correct your Issue.
If you're using a SDVR that may be another issue as D*TV is Not supporting SD equipment any longer.
