Error code 818 - Won't read reciever

I am having the same issue as everyone else.   My app won't read my receiver.  It is grayed out and I have tried everything and spent hours on the phone with directv, spectrum and Verizon.  Grrrr

Hello @Bagswoman, We understand you're having issues getting connected to the internet. Did you reset the router and try and reconnect?  Did you input the correct password?

Please, let us know, and we will take it from there.

Replaced the receiver 2x now. Connects to internet but says it’s not connected when I go to app. Can’t upload image to show you.
